per-image processed basis and the quantity of media produced (such
as number of CDs or DVD’s).
Due to the fact that every conversion
project is somewhat different, a detailed evaluation of the documents
and the scope of work desired is required to prepare a final quotation. This assures Information to Imaging Technologies provides a
final product that meets all of your expectations.
Price Per Image
starts as low as $.06 (based on 8.5”x11”, pre-prepared
by client, 200dpi)
Factors and Services which may affect the project
price include:
- Condition of the documents and the estimated effort
required to prepare it for scanning
- Paper size such as 8.5”X11”,
legal, or oversized;
- Desired scan resolution of the images:
100 dpi, 200 dpi, or 300dpi;
- Amount and Level of OCR and whether
or not text editing is required;
- Number and size of index fields
requested for quick searching for image files;
- The amount of
manual keying of index field information.
Clients can keep the
cost of Scanning & Conversion to a minimum by:
Preparing the documents
for scanning (such as staple and paper clip removal, taping of torn
pages, separation of various document types, etc.)
Preparing
bar code cover sheets to eliminate manual entry of Index Field data
for image files
Providing a database file which contains much
of the Index Field data which can be imported into our system thereby
reducing the amount of manual entry.
